The Atmosphere is very Peaceful Property management are very helpful and very attentive... very friendly community and pretty quiet in the evening. If I have any maintenance issues it gets addressed immediately.

Just moved into the Maddox! All the other residents have been so welcoming! I can tell we are will love living here. The communication with the leasing office was always quick and made our move in very easy!

Even with the office closed, everything was all set for me and the move was simple. Staff is very friendly and guided me through the process over the phone. Came home to a nice clean apartment.

I really enjoy my apartment. I never hear anyone surrounding, only ever people outside. The people that live near me are super friendly. The only thing is that the garbage never gets picked up on time and the halls and elevator are often dirty

Living at MAddox Southend had been pleasant. Located on the corner of south Blvd and Poindexter served as a great location it is accessible to the light rail, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. I have enjoyed living in this location for the last three years

App is easy to use. Very nice design to be able to coordinate the website. Highly recommend. I like I can earn rewards for doing simple things. Maddox is a great place to live too

The staff here is really kind and helpful. The building is safe and clean. My neighbors are always nice and respectful. I love the amenities. Got a lot of use out of the pool this summer. Loved the pool parties that the building hosted!

Move-in was a little challenging but everything else has been great! Elisa was the best through the application process and maintenance has been super helpful and prompt with any issues. Love it so far!

I’ve been living here for a year and a half and Maddox is a wonderful community! The events that are put on each month are always so fun and the staff is very responsive to issues/requests. I wish there was more parking available, but all in all it’s a great place to live!

Maddox is a great place to live in South End. Its location is good for getting to breweries and the light rail, as well as getting groceries at Harris Teeter. They do a decent job of maintaining the property even with so many pets running around. Prices are very high, but that is not exclusive to Maddox in this area. Overall a very good place to live and a nice staff in the front office.

I just signed a lease at Maddox South End, and the leasing assistants were SO helpful throughout the process! I spoke personally to Eliza -- she was also the assistant who took me on a tour of the property. She continued to stay in touch with me after the tour, sending me regular updates on openings and ensuring I find the best option. As I am getting ready for the move, she has been so great about answering all of my questions. Maddox's leasing assistants have been nothing but an amazing help, and I can't wait to move in!

i love living in the heart of southend! not only is maddox is the perfect location but the luxury apartments and resort style pool are amazing to have access too everyday. even during the colder months the fire pit is a nice place to hangout with friends.

I absolutely love living at Maddox Southend! It is located in a great location, the staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful as well as it is a beautiful building. I always recommend living at Maddox compared to the surrounding buildings.

This is a great place to live! Highly recommend it. Perfect location w Harris Tweeter across the street and many bars and restaurants a short walk away! The apartment building is pretty new and the fitness center is well equipped with everything I need for my weightlifting routine. Secure parking garage also.

Maddox is a nice, smaller niche community - which is great in the heart of South End and so many massive apartments surrounding it! The staff can be more attentive and the community is great. Units have nice amenities. Unfortunately the elevators & garage doors are constantly going out or breaking down. They make you pay for parking even though there’s hardly enough spots for people here! Good experience so far but could use some improvements
